There's this traffic guy on the local news.
They stick him in a backroom with all these t.v.s because he's ugly.
They don't even give him good lighting.
Because good lighting won't help his kind of ugly.
His name is Captain Herb.
I think they are insinuating that he is a pot smoking feind. Captain Herb DOES own quite a bit o' Jamaican themed shirts.
